


8-Week Virtual Nutrition Course I
This nutrition course is for an individual who wants to learn what to eat, how to choose healthy foods, and how much to eat to loose, maintain, or gain weight. This course will discuss what a balanced meal consists of, the different macro- and micro-nutrients needed for the body, what and how much to eat prior to and after exercise, and much more! Individuals will be provided a personalized nutrition packet that includes their recommended caloric and macronutrient intake as well as a place for them to take notes throughout the course. This course will help prepare individuals for the new year by creating a plan of action to implement and sustain healthy habits into their lifestyle.
The course starts on Tuesday, December 3rd, from 6-7 p.m. CST and will occur weekly for the following seven weeks. The course time during the week of Christmas will be determined during the first session on December 3rd.
